Courses

As a BCA student, you will have the opportunity to take Spanish language classes as well as regular university courses with Ecuadorian students. USFQ offers a variety of courses in many academic disciplines.

BCA Courses

Students enrolled in the fall take the four-credit, four-week pre-semester course "Ecuador: Language and Culture.”  This course offers intensive language training, along with information about Ecuador's history, culture and current issues. Spring term students take the one-credit, 12-contact hour pre-semester course "Ecuador: Culture and Justice."

After completing this pre-semester course, students may choose to take additional Spanish language courses or, if appropriate, enroll in regular university courses in about 20 different disciplines.
